Acceptance

By accessing or using justenwarddesign.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

Justen Ward Design provides custom web design, local SEO, and digital marketing services. Project-specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are documented in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Project timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in each proposal (typically 1–4 weeks depending on package and scope). Timelines assume timely client feedback, asset delivery, and revision turnaround. Delays caused by missing content, slow approvals, or scope changes may shift the launch date accordingly.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2–4 rounds, specified in your proposal). Additional rounds beyond the included scope are billed at a clearly quoted rate before any extra work begins.

Payments & deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project slot and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before launch. Monthly care plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Ownership & intellectual property transfer

Upon receipt of final payment in full, ownership of the final deliverables (custom design files, copy you commissioned, and the production build of your website) transfers to you. Justen Ward Design retains the right to display the work in portfolios and case studies. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain governed by their original licenses.

Project delays & cancellation

If a project is paused at the client's request for more than 30 days, a restart fee may apply. Either party may cancel the engagement with written notice; the deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Files for completed-and-paid work are released upon cancellation.

Communication & response times

Standard reply time is within one business day, Monday through Friday. Primary communication happens via email; project updates, decisions, and approvals are documented in writing for both parties' protection.

Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse engineer the site.
• Scrape content for commercial purposes without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including copy, design, code, logos, and portfolio work — is owned by Justen Ward Design or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish without written permission.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invoice terms, deposits, milestone payments, and subscriptions are defined in your project agreement. Failed or late payments may result in paused work until resolved.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justen Ward Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
